Integrated Management Systems
Hypertec has always strived to differentiate itself from the competition based on the quality of its products and services. In fact, Hypertec Integrated Management System processes are applied to every business unit, products, and services. Commitment to the IMS principles has been the predominant factor in Hypertec’s customer satisfaction and has contributed significantly to its success over the years. Hypertec attributes a very high importance to its quality assurance and sustainability development plans and has incorporated internal and external auditing practices not only to preserve but also to continuously improve its processes.
Furthermore, Hypertec has an independent department dedicated exclusively to ensuring the grade of its products and services and environmental practices. The Quality Assurance & Sustainability department oversees the quality of integrated management systems, internal process controls as well as suppliers’ compliance. Implemented processes and performance of all business units are audited by QA team periodically against the Integrated Management Systems requirements. In addition, to guarantee complete objectivity and support, the QA department reports directly to the executive management of Hypertec.
From the external auditing perspective, Hypertec is audited annually by independent 3rd parties to maintain the ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and SA8000 certifications. The annual audits serve to validate and confirm that processes of Hypertec’s Management Systems are continuously updated in conformity with the international standards and compliance obligations.

The IMS shapes everything we do, from our Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety culture to our professional excellence that differentiates us from the competition.
Our IMS is made of the following three internationally recognized standards:
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard (QMS).
- ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Standard (EMS).
- ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management Standard (OHS).
In addition, Hypertec is certified to SA8000:2014, Social Accountability Management System, which promotes transparent accountability through rigorous performance assessment, safe and violence free workplace, clarifies expectations for employees and other various stakeholders, facilitates inclusion, regular employees’ feedback to promote continual improvement, and supports regulatory compliance.
Our teams are currently implementing ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management System (EnMS) to determine and continually improve our energy usage and impact, and to contribute to the sustainability development plans.
