Preventive Maintenance Scope
Hypertec provides preventive maintenance services for immersion cooling tanks, focused on inspection, operational validation, and system maintenance activities performed during scheduled visits. Services might involve the activities listed below.
Inspection & Validation
Inspection of tank structure, hydraulic connections, safety trays, sensors, monitoring systems, and surrounding areas. Operational validation includes CDU operation, pumps, actuators, alarms, and control elements.
Maintenance Activities
Preventive maintenance includes cleaning of sensors and selected components, along with replacement of predefined consumables and maintenance components as applicable to the maintenance cycle.
